If you need to make changes to your reservation, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. For changes made less than 24 hours in advance, we will charge 50% of the price of the service. For appointments that are not canceled, we will charge 100% of the service price. Please note that by booking your appointment, you agree to these terms. We do not accept cancellations via email.
